Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. We currently do not ship outside India.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, festivals, courier issues or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed.

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number by SMS or email.

Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

If your package looks tampered with or damaged on arrival, please refuse it or record it, and contact us within 48 hours.
